We received a call during the Christmas Holidays from Biz Space to ask if we could attend to one of their Signage Boards that had been damaged by the High Winds and Storms.
Despite being on Holiday we reacted to the call and dispatched 3 men to deal with this as the sign was in a very dangerous condition.When we arrived on site it was clear we had to pull the sign down because if it blew over completely much damage could have been caused to passing cars or people.
We confirmed this was the case to BizSpace and they gave us the instruction to take it down and store it safely.
We carry out maintenance on Several of Biz Space buildings all the tenants have our number to call for emergency call out like this we hold keys and pas codes for the buildings and have carried lots of maintenance of these buildings from blocked drains to broken external down pipes painting and decoration works pretty much everything that is involved in maintaining these type of buildings.
