Conversion of Damp disused Under Pavement Cellar Walker Street Edinburgh.

We were asked to supply a quote to renovate and turn a Damp Under Pavement Cellar in Prime Location Walker Street Edinburgh into Dry Useable Storage Space.
Having discussed the clients requirements we proposed to line the cellar with Newlathe fit a floating timber floor and custom fit a new door with lock we normally frame out and plasterboard the cellars but for the purpose of our clients needs this system is quicker to install and is of cost benefit in terms of price.
The job took 3 days from start to finish we also painted the new door frame and door as well as fitting a lock we had to make good and point some of the stonework outside the cellar as well.
Job complete on time and on Budget and to Clients Satisfaction.
