Reactive Maintenance the replacement of 3 sections of cast pipe Cockenzie Business Centre

We were asked to attend to external defective downpipes at one of there units as the water was running into an adjoining property we arranged with the Owner of the adjacent property for access so we could install our scaffold.
We booked the job in for what we thought would be a nice day in March and we started early to install the scaffold thats when the storms hit we had every form of weather that day from snow sleet hail stones very gusty winds lovely sunshine then more storms.
Any way we promised we would get the job done that day so we worked on till after 6pm to complete the job and take down the scaffolding 3 sections of cast downpipe removed and replaced.
Job Done on Time and on Budget.
