Damp Proof Course to Basement Flat Albany Street Edinburgh.

We were instructed to proceed with the installation of a new Damp Proof Course to a 4 Story Townhouse in Albany Street Edinburgh as per normal we were in prior to the Main Contractor starting this gives the new DPC A chance to work and with that the walls start to Dry out.
We also carried out Woodworm Spray Treatments to the roof timbers of this property.
The Treatments were completed on time and on Budget and it is important that the Specification and Guarantees are in place when the property is being sold to avoid any retentions or hitches with the sale.
As soon as our works were complete we sent all the required papers to the Developer for safe keeping we are very experienced with working with Developers who take on these type of Projects and we normally waterproof the under pavement cellars if applicable which we did with this project.
