This can be a Tenanted property at the end of its lease and the property needs to be prepared for the sales Market.
We have the experience and knowledge to survey the property and prepare a specification of works package covering all the trades to get the property ready for sale.
No need to try to get quotes from several contractors to and try to organise them leave it all up to us we will supply a fixed price quotation and a timescale to complete the works and to upgrade your property so it achieves maximum sale price.
We will also work with the Home Report Surveyor to reduce any problems in the property marked as 3, or 2 on the home report and reduce these 2 all 1s.
Stage 1. Survey the property take pictures and discuss Clients requirements expectations and Budget.
Stage 2. Provide written specification of works package Fixed Price and Timescale for job.
Stage 3. Work together to Agree Price and Required Works.
Stage 4. Carry out the contract this will cover A to Z of the works from collecting the keys clearing the property uplifting carpets floor coverings, repairing any damp or rot issues replacing or repairing any items specified to Decoration and new floor coverings.
Stage 5. Complete the works final inspection snagging and signing of the job to clients satisfaction and returning the keys.
