We replaced the timbers in the kitchen and fitted new laminate flooring and varnished the new floors, we repaired all the defects to the roof with the use of our cherry picker so no need for scaffolding.

We completed the job by spray treating the 2 roofs for woodworm and we also re painted the outside of the building in waterproof paint.

Our Team completed all these tasks in 15 Man Days to the clients delight and the property was placed on the market with a clean bill of health all marked number 1s on the home report.
