Conversion of 3 number under pavement cellars Albany Street Edinburgh

Working for Thistle Property Group who were converting a former office block into a double upper flat and a garden flat in Albany Street Edinburgh we were contracted to convert the 3 number under pavement cellars into Dry Storage Space.
We specified to line the cellars with Heavy Duty DPM Membrane and then frame them out and finish the cellars with Timber floors new custom made doors painted and with Electric lights installed and power sockets the cellars were finished off with floor coverings skirting boards and the new doors and frames were painted black.
The cellars were larger than the normal cellars you find in the NewTown of Edinburgh the project took 3 weeks to complete about a weeks work per cellar the project went to plan and the Project Manager Marcel Borzeki was very pleased with the end result.
