Kingston Basement Systems

Our Basement waterproofing specialist Team started work last week at a former Bank building in Morningside Road in Edinburgh the office will be used for   Ian J Brown & Company as there new office and the pressure is on to complete the extensive waterproofing of the Basement by the 1st of November.

Our specialist waterproofing team are working flat out in order to complete the project on time, we are utilizing Delta Membranes on the walls ceilings and floors with the system being connected to a sump pump in order to pump the water away after we have gathered it from the damp walls and ceilings.

We are also currently working on a Basement in Dublin Street in Edinburgh for Stone Acre Development company who are converting a townhouse into 2 separate flats the project involves extensive waterproofing of the basement and damp proofing all wall also in the basement we are working directly with Delta Technical surveyors on the project which as with all Kingston Basement Systems is designed to BS8102.

Works are also currently ongoing waterproofing 4 cellars in Palmerston Place, and 4 cellars at St Bernards Crescent, and 1 cellar in Oxford Terrace, and 2 cellars at Clarendon Crescent we are now on the home straight with all these jobs and looking to have them all completed by the end of November.

Our water damage Insurance repair team also start a new water damage repair job on Monday to restore a property near Haddington Ugston Mill this is a large job following a leak from below a bath that caused extensive water damage to the property.
